Cuartos muy deteriorados , no había agua caliente en la mañana para bañarme, están muy rústico

Lugar bien ubicado, muy cómodo y tranquilo, quizá solo cambiar los televisores, agregar más conexiones de luz y el WC que nos tocó ocupaba algo de reparación, de ahí en fuera, todo bien. Además, súper eventos que tienen en el restaurante, me tocó escuchar un trío súper bueno creo Los Dandys, muy bien ambiente y organización.
Tiene muy buena ubicación, el agua de la regadera es bastante caliente, su alberca está bien, personal atento y amable, su desayuno buffet está rico, buen sazón. No le doy las 5 * porque su mobiliario ya necesita un cambio, pero dormí a gusto. Nos dijeron que había un evento y que posiblemente habría ruido, pero no fue tanto. Lo recomiendo para gente no exigente. El pago corresponde a lo que es.
En el centro de san Juan del Río Querétaro se encuentra este maravilloso hotel estilo colonial a precios realmente bajos y con todos los servicios. Si gustas de una caminata por sus calles coloniales sin largos trayectos este es el lugar ideal.
Buen hotel para descansar (mi hospedaje fue entre semana) céntrico, muy buena atención por parte del personal las habitaciones están acordé al precio
La atención de recepción muy amable, las habitaciones son muy sencillas: no hay televisión, no dan shampoo solo un jaboncito, la taza del baño no se va bien el agua (muy lento, poca presión), sin embargo, por la ubicación y el precio está bien si solo quieres un lugar para descansar. La alberca es agua fría y tiene muchas basuras que no limpian.
